Beamafilm Library

Woop woop...a reason to throw your champagne glasses in the air... Friends, Foes & Fireworks is now on the Beamafilm library, and we are really thrilled with the news.

Our Australian distributor Bounty Films secured the deal for us and now our first improvised feature film takes a place next to our short educational film, Daughter.

Coming soon to accompany the film on the Beamafilm film resource page will a Q&A with us, the directors which will be used as an extra resource material to help sell the film. More news on that to follow.

Check out tFriends, Foes & Fireworks, a film about women's health, friendship, and a new years eve reunion that goes a little off the rails on Beamafilm now (Australia only).

The ozzie love continues

Midway during this month we received word that Friends, Foes & Fireworks has been selected as a finalist at the Ozflix Independent Film Awards , under the category ‘Best Original Screenplay’.

This announcement has made us very happy here at NPG headquarters, as it’s the second Australian festival to recognise the film in a matter of months. As a bonus, the film is also available through the Ozflix catalogue, ready for worldwide, online streaming alongside other fantastic Australian film titles, from classics to new releases.

Alseen, who plays Summer will be representing FF& at the festival, which takes place at ACMI Melbourne on the 28th of March, and we look forward to sharing some pictures of the night.

First Festival Fun

NPG received news today that FF&F has been selected to screen in competition at Oz International Film Festival. This is yet another step forward for the film, which continues to prove that the set formula of filmmaking and indie film producing can sometimes be turned on it’s head and totally surprising.

For those in Melbourne, Australia who want to see the film, but missed the cinema run, don’t miss your chance of seeing it on a big screen at St Kilda’s Alex Theatre on the 28th of November 2018, where the film headlines night 6 of the festival from 7pm. Further details and ticket sales here.
